Welcome to the Brechfa Forest West
Wind Farm Community Fund!

Worth £11 million over the lifetime of the wind farm, the Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Community Fund is enabling the communities that surround the site to achieve extraordinary things. Launched in 2018 by RWE Renewables, the energy company that owns Brechfa Forest Wind Farm, the fund aims to support the communities that neighbour the wind farm for the 25 year lifetime of the site.

The fund is independently administered by local enterprise agency Antur Cymru, who employ our locally based part time Fund Manager.
