Would you or someone you know like to get involved with some exciting stargazing events in the Brechfa Forest area next year? An opportunity has arisen to work with Dark Sky Wales, who offer stargazing events for individuals, businesses and communities.
With the support of the Brechfa Forest West Wind Farm Community Fund, we have an opportunity to organise together three events in 2023 that educates, inspires and motivates community members of all ages.
With the Brechfa Forest area being one of darkest forests in Europe(thanks to low light pollution), where better to stargaze than here, in your community.
If you are interested in being part of future stargazing events in the Llanllawddog, Brechfa and/or Llanfihangel Rhos Y Corn communities, please email today. We’ll then send you an invite to a ZOOM meeting so that we can start planning together events for 2023. Please also share this message with a local friend or family member so we can create a list of community members who can benefit from this astounding opportunity.

Replace picnic by Lake Michigan to picnic by Brechfa Forest. A Dark Sky Wales stargazing event will truly open our eyes to the universe beyond the Cambrian Mountains and who knows, there might be a budding Brian Cox just waiting to be discovered in deepest, darkest Carmarthenshire.
